Summerville Unveils Veteran Appreciation Units

(Summerville, SC) – Under the leadership of Chief Wright, the Summerville Police Department has just unveiled two brand new Military Appreciation Units. These Ford Police Interceptor Utility (PIU) Turbo variants feature MARPAT inspired digital camouflage in honor of the U.S. Marine Corps. As part of the design, both units prominently display a Prisoner of War decal on the hood along with seals for each branch of the Armed Forces, subdued American Flag, and text calling out the agency’s support of America’s Veterans. Since our photoshoot, both cruisers have since been assigned to Veterans of the Marine Corps.
