Dustin Haynes

My name is Dustin Haynes, and I’d like to welcome you to SCPoliceCruisers. I created this website in 2011 in order to feature law enforcement vehicles from across the great state of South Carolina. Since then, the website has taken me on an amazing journey across our beautiful state while creating countless new friendships along the way. Today, we’ve become the premiere resource for high quality SC police pictures on the internet.  As we continue to grow, we strive to expand our focus by not only sharing the latest vehicle design trends, but also hi-lighting the tremendous community oriented policing strategies being applied around our state. I thank you for your continued support and hope you’ll enjoy our ever-growing library of images.

Joe Muscarella

Welcome! My name is Joe Muscarella. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Student Affairs. Growing up, I was always interested in the blue lights of law enforcement. As I got a little older, I enjoyed taking picture of police cars when my family and I would travel to Maine in the summertime. That soon gave way to a large collection of law enforcement patches from the areas I have traveled to. Realizing how hard it was to get patches in many smaller towns, I began to think about how many trips I had made to police departments and returned home empty handed. At that point, I thought it would be fun to get back into pictures (you might call it a half victory of sorts). Well, one thing has built on the next and everything has progressed to the point where it is now. Through the work of this website and my own travels, I have had the chance to meet some wonderful people and servants in blue. The website you see before you is a compilation of Dustin and I’s work and hobby mixed together. It is my hope you all will enjoy this compilation of pictures, badges, patches, models, and much more from across the Palmetto State. Be safe!

Cameron Kirby

Hello! My name is Cameron Kirby and I am currently a patrol officer with the city of Rock Hill. I have wanted to be a police officer my entire life and after graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2014 I finally have the opportunity to serve this great state as a LEO. A friend once told me: “you have blue lights in your blood and that will never go away.” I am proud to be a part of the blue SC family and also a part of the SC Police Cruisers family. When I got asked to join the South Carolina Police Cruiser’s team I was hooked. As an avid car enthusiast, what better way to meet my fellow LEO brothers and photograph some great police cruisers throughout this great state. I am very excited about where this is going and am honored to be a part of helping the website grow and help promote your department to the fullest.

Chris Camburn

Hi, my name is Chris Camburn. I’m a graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in History. I have always been a big car guy and have always had a big interest in Law Enforcement, so naturally, these two passions combined. Ever since I was a little kid, I was spotting police cruisers in traffic and around town, much to the surprise (and appreciation) of my parents. Now, I get to get up close and personal with them (without having to be in handcuffs) and show them off to the rest of the world. I was first introduced to this great site by Dustin, right when it was getting started. Dustin and I happened to be in the same Criminal Law class at C of C. We crossed paths after he overheard my lengthy discussion about police cruisers with a State Trooper who was guest lecturing in our class. He asked me about my interest in police cruisers and handed me his card with the site info and told me to check it out. Fast forward a few years and here I am now photographing these awesome pieces of Law Enforcement machinery for you guys. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this awesome site and can’t wait to see how it grows. I hope you all enjoy!
